Free Workshop for Struggling Latino Homeowners

NeDA is participating in a free foreclosure workshop sponsored by the Minnesota Home Ownership Center. The workshop is for struggling Latino Homeowners who may face foreclosure.  It will take place on Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Plaza Verde (3rd floor), 1516 East Lake Street, Minneapolis from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm. 

Home owners are encouraged to attend to get free advice - confidentially - and learn what happens during foreclosure, what helps, and what assistance is available.  There will be translators available, but many mortgage and nonprofit mortgage support advisors attending are bilingual.  No registration or RSVP is required.  Come with your questions.
