What We Do
Pre-purchase Counseling Before you buy your first home, NeDA Home Ownership Advisors will work with you to determine your financial readiness. We work with you to create a budget, review credit history and determine affordability.
Post-purchase Counseling If you already own a home and are considering refinancing, or maybe considering home improvements, NeDA can offer advice on financing options available to you. NeDA can provide referrals and/or counseling if you are delinquent on your mortgage payments We can also help if you feel you have been targeted with a predatory loan.
