The problem: One of the issues that commonly affect organizations with a web presence but with no dedicated web staff is the issue of refreshing or updating content to their pages. The way that updating websites has been done since they became commonplace has been to hire the services of a web designer, who, using specialized software (Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage) and technical skills (HTML coding, CSS, etc.), lays out and uploads content. Even a relatively simple change, like adding an event to a webpage, required the combination of software and technical skills.
