Workshop types

Two types of workshops are offered:
1) Home Stretch (home buyer's) Workshops, and
2) Financial Literacy Workshops.

Workshop languages

Workshops are offered in English and Spanish. To check the dates for English language workshops, please click here. For Spanish, click here. If you cannot attend any of these dates, check the Minnesota Home Ownership web site for a complete schedule of Home Stretch classes in the metro area.

Workshop fees

The cost for the Home Buyer's Workshop is $35.00 per household, collected the first day of the workshop. Please make your check payable to Neighborhood Development Alliance.
 
Financial Literacy Workshops are offered at no cost.

Workshop registration

Registration is required for all workshops. Participants must complete the workshop in order to receive their certificate of completion.

To register, fill out the information below or call (651) 292-0131. Following registration will receive a confirmation letter that includes location and directions to the workshop.
