Thinking of replacing your roof, your old windows or furnace, but don't have the money? NeDA can help.
Working in collaboration with the State's Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, NeDA can originate MN Housing Fix-Up loans for your home improvement needs. These loans have fixed-interest rates with flexible terms. Maximum loan amounts of $35,000, depending upon homeowner's equity and credit history. In order to be eligible, the home must be a year-round owner-occupied home and income restrictions apply.
