Financial Counseling
Whether you find yourself with high amounts of consumer debt, concerns about high expenses, or are looking for help with budgeting, we can help. NeDA has counselors who are certified through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. All of our counselors are bilingual in Spanish and English. Counselors can help families to review their financial situation that may have been impacted by foreclosure, job loss, wage reduction, or other life issues. NeDA counselors can work through options in managing debt and in the case that a family is not able to avoid bankruptcy, NeDA also offers Certified Bankruptcy Counseling.
