Home Ownership Workshop

Home Stretch Workshops are a nine hour homebuyer education program recognized in Minnesota and around the country as a proven tool to prepare homebuyers for successful homeownership.  The workshop topics include: Steps to becoming a homeowner, How to prepare financially for homeownership, What you can afford to pay for a home, Importance of credit and how it impacts homeownership, How to prepare for loan closing and closing procedures, and other important topics.  Preregistration is required and you must attend all sessions to successfully complete the workshop.   NeDA charges a $35.00 per family material fee.  Please register online or call 651-292-0131.
