<span style="font-size: 9pt; color: #111111; font-family: Verdana">Home Stretch Workshops are a nine hour homebuyer education program recognized in Minnesota and around the country as a proven tool to prepare homebuyers for successful homeownership. The workshop topics include: Steps to becoming a homeowner, How to prepare financially for homeownership, What you can afford to pay for a home, Importance of credit and how it impacts homeownership, How to prepare for loan closing and closing procedures, and other important topics. Preregistration is required. NeDA charges a $35.00 per family material fee. Please register online or call 651-292-0131. NeDA is a HUD-Certified Home Ownership Counseling agency.</span>
